I understand that Hinrichs Custom Woodworking, Andy & Lisa Hinrichs, and their family and volunteers are not responsible for any loss or injury to me or my property, agents, family or employees at any time and from any cause while attending or on the premises of the above events during set up and tear down or any other time.  I expressly release the above parties from any liability for any loss or injury and agree that I have my own insurance.  I relinquish my rights to any photos taken in connection with such events and give my permission for their use as the above see fit.  I also agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the above parties.

·        Set up time: 5:00 am to 8:00 am Saturday or Friday night. (NO security on the grounds).  We would like to limit vehicle movement in the display area during the show.  There will be “runners” to help move purchases to vehicles.

·        Registration is preferred but not required by April 15, 2011
